Dear friends and community,

Many of you generously supported our family’s journey back to the United States after a challenging chapter abroad, and we are endlessly grateful. Thanks to your kindness, we were able to return and begin rebuilding a stable and hopeful life for our two young children.

Now, we are facing an unexpected and urgent immigration-related legal situation that threatens to undo everything we’ve worked so hard for. This challenge has placed immense emotional and financial strain on our family, and most importantly, it puts at risk the well-being and unity of our children—ages 7 and 9—who have already endured more than most kids their age ever should.

We are doing everything in our power to protect our family and secure the right to stay together, but the legal fees for proper immigration representation are far beyond our means at this time.
