Lorena no es solo una paciente de cáncer. Es una mujer fuerte, una mamá, una amiga, una persona que siempre ha estado para los demás. Durante más de un año ha enfrentado el cáncer de mama con una valentía admirable, pasando por cirugías, quimioterapia, radioterapia e inmunoterapia, sin perder nunca su esperanza ni su actitud positiva.

Su más reciente evaluación médica confirmó que la enfermedad ha seguido avanzando. En este punto, los tratamientos convencionales ya no ofrecen una opción curativa, sino únicamente paliativa.

Aun así, Lore no se rinde.

Con la misma fortaleza que la ha definido, ha decidido explorar nuevas alternativas de tratamiento que puedan darle una oportunidad real y una nueva esperanza. Estos tratamientos deben comenzar lo antes posible, pero al no estar disponibles en los Estados Unidos, no están cubiertos por el seguro médico.
