Carey Moreno (Glendy) is a mother, sister, daughter, hair stylist, studio owner, and friend to nearly everyone she meets. Those who know her, know one encounter from Carey leaves an unforgettable impression of love, acceptance and lasting friendship. In the Fall of last year (2023) Carey was diagnosed with a form of aggressive breast cancer, which requires ongoing chemotherapy, radiation and surgery to treat. Due to the extensive medications and surgery required to beat this cancer, Carey will most certainly need time to heal away from work, to maintain her strength and heal from her surgery expected in March 2024.

All money donated to this cause will be used to pay for ongoing medical bills and costs associated with raising her son and living her daily life. In the event there are amounts received in excess of these costs, Carey will donate any additional dollars to assist others fighting breast cancer that she meets on this journey.
