My family and I are heartbroken to share that my father, Alejandro Poli Sr., passed away on Dec. 6th due to complications from his long battle with vascular dementia. For several years, we watched him struggle with this difficult illness and while we are grateful that he is finally at peace, yet the loss has left a deep void in our lives.

He was a loving father to me and my siblings, Claudia and Josemiguel, and a proud grandfather to his 13 grandchildren. Our dad was a devoted husband to the love of his life, our mother Fidelia, for over 55 years. If you were fortunate enough to have met him you will never forget that great smile and willingness to always lend a helping hand. He was an incredible role model and was loved by everyone who knew him.

We want to give him the funeral and celebration of life he truly deserves, surrounded by the people who loved him most. However, the costs of funeral arrangements and outstanding medical expenses have created a significant financial burden for our family. My mother is now facing the challenge of adjusting to life on an even smaller fixed income than the one they were both living on since their retirement.

We are reaching out to our community for support during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help us honor my father's memory and provide my mother with the stability she needs as she navigates this new chapter.
