In December, at the age of 37 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. On Thursday, February 5th, I went for my double mastectomy, which is the first of a few surgeries I will undergo.

I am unable to work while I recover and go through chemotherapy treatments. Unfortunately, I haven't been employed long enough at my new job to qualify for any paid leave. I will be out of work until at least spring, if not longer. Any little bit helps to keep the lights on, etc.

My husband Kevin and our Kids take really good care of me, please help me take care of them while I take on this fight for my life.
