Hello everyone,

I want to begin by thanking everyone who supported my first fundraiser. Your generosity helped my daughter and me begin rebuilding our lives in a healthier, more stable way during an incredibly difficult time. That support truly meant everything to us.

I wanted to share an update. My daughter and I are safe, but we are still in the middle of a long and challenging legal process. I am currently waiting for our trial date and continuing to move forward through the courts with legal guidance.

In order to reach safety, I had to walk away from nearly everything. While the first fundraiser helped us begin rebuilding, I was left with a crippling amount of debt as a result of escaping domestic violence. On top of that, I am facing ongoing and necessary legal fees to protect my daughter and myself and to secure our future.

This fundraiser is specifically to help with legal expenses and the financial burden left behind from leaving an abusive situation. It is about turning survival into lasting stability and ensuring that we can continue moving forward without fear.

I know I am asking a lot during such trying times, and I understand that not everyone is able to give. Any donation, no matter the size, truly goes a long way. Even sharing this or offering kind words and support means more than I can express. Thank you for standing with us and helping us continue to rebuild our lives with safety and hope.
