Hello all! My name is Anita and I’m Tracy’s niece. She is the owner of My Huong Kitchen who opened her doors to protestors on Saturday January 24th in a brave act of kindness and compassion. This gofundme was set up as a way for the larger community to show their support for her. Despite all that is happening, Tracy continually shows up to feed and serve her community.

Tracy is an immigrant, American citizen, and longtime resident of Minneapolis, having set up her shop right in the heart of Eat Street. As so many have witnessed, she is full of love and is committed to taking care of those around her. The outpouring love from the community and the world reflects the love and respect we have for her within our family.
