On October 14, 2025, our family’s world changed when we received the devastating news that my husband, Tony, has been diagnosed with Signet Ring Cell Gastric Adenocarcinoma — a rare and aggressive form of stomach cancer.
For months, Tony had been struggling with constant abdominal pain. We thought it might be an ulcer brought on by stress — especially since he’s been so worried about my own health challenges. But after further testing, we learned the pain was something far more serious.
Tony is the heart and foundation of our family. From the very beginning, we’ve built our own little world together — one grounded in love, faith, and perseverance through every hardship. No matter what life has thrown our way, we’ve always leaned on each other and created a strong, loving home for our three boys.
Our sons look up to their father in every way. Tony is not only their protector and role model, but also the one who brings laughter, guidance, and strength into our home each day. Our lives would simply crumble without him at the center of our family. Our two oldest are aware of his diagnosis and are struggling emotionally, as it’s difficult for them to imagine life without their dad’s guidance and support.
I’ve been away from social media for almost two months, as I felt God guiding me to focus fully on preparing myself emotionally and spiritually. This time has allowed me to prioritize our family, stabilize my emotions, and create a positive environment for Tony and our children without the distractions and stress that social media can bring.
This diagnosis has changed everything for us. Between frequent medical appointments, travel, and household responsibilities, the emotional and financial strain has been overwhelming. I’ve been working 60-hour weeks to help keep us afloat, but it’s becoming increasingly unpredictable to sustain that workload, especially while managing my own health issues and caring for Tony and the kids. Overexertion triggers severe vertigo and nausea for me, so I’m trying to balance everything while staying strong for our family.
We’re doing our best to hold on to faith and hope — but we can’t do this alone.
Your donations will help us cover:
Medical and treatment expenses not covered by insurance
Travel and lodging costs for appointments
Household bills and living costs while Tony focuses on healing
Support for our children as we navigate this uncertain time with not much information as of yet of what the future holds.
Any contribution, no matter how small, helps lift a heavy burden from our shoulders. Right now, I’m emotionally overwhelmed and focused on caring for Tony and our boys, so please know that even if I can’t respond right away, your prayers, love, and generosity mean the world to us.
Please keep our family in your duas and prayers, and may Allah reward you for every act of kindness and compassion.
With gratitude and hope,
Sana & Family
