Hi I am writing this with a HEAVY HEART, My Fiance' has been diagnosed with cancer in his neck positive for malignancy [ SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA, KERATINIZING. Its a tumor in his neck that was one measured at 7.7 x 2.2 cm and is not over 49.7 x35.6 cm and is pushing on his vocal cords as well as carotid artery.

he has a hard time getting sleep since the tumor has grown in size and not being able to lay or touch it without causing issues.

Tim is a good man, he works every day including weekends ,if he is not working he is helping others.

He take any other spare time to take people out fishing on kayaks as a hired kayak fishing guide.

He runs a Veterans hunting camp for them and there kids so they have a safe place they can go free of charge to them, everything comes out of his pocket and a few donors.

He will give the shirt off his back if you ask for it, and the last dollar if you need it.

Tim is not one to ask for anything from anyone, and i don't like to ask either, BUT, i am asking now for help for my Tim.
