My name is Tania Screaming Eagle and I have been fighting with my health and my liver since 2020 because of COVID. When I got COVID, it ended up attacking my whole body, and the one thing that was affected more than anything was my liver. I got back to being healthy, and in 2022, I had a flare-up with the liver, and we went in and got it back to working order. At the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026 to present, I am having another issue, and we are addressing it with the help of HCA Medical Group. They are amazing, but with this issue, the road back to getting back to 100% is a long road. I have had to leave my job to focus on my health as it is not fair to my employer to keep them waiting and waiting and making their job more complicated. My husband has also had to take a leave of absence from work to be by my side with all the hospital stays because he will not let me go through this alone. With all the lack of work and/or missed work, it has been hard for us to keep up with bills. My husband has created another GoFundMe, and all that has been used for present bills and medical needs, and thank you all who have helped. We thought by now things would be getting back to normal, but we still have been in and out of the hospital, but I am getting better slowly. A few hiccups through this and back in and out of the hospitals, but we are taking it day by day.
