Hello, I'm Steven Peterson. I'm the youngest son of Steve/Stosh and Sherry Peterson. He was admitted to the hospital on April 6th, 2026, due to hallucinating in the beginning. After tests were run, he was then diagnosed with acute kidney failure with pneumonia. After a lot of rest and more tests, his kidneys started to improve, but fluid is starting to build up and needing to be on oxygen 24/7. From April 6th to April 13th, being in the hospital, he finally was discharged from Wausau, WI hospital. He then had to go back to the Calumet hospital the same day he came home due to him only having a quarter tank of oxygen. He ended up having to stay the night, and he will have to remain there until we receive oxygen equipment, which is being done as he's there. And we are hoping to receive a new home unit so he can come home.
