Stephen (Steve) Eccles has been my lifelong friend, someone who has always been there for others with a caring heart and a generous spirit. Recently, Steve received the devastating diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. This news has brought not only emotional challenges but also a sudden wave of hospital bills and medical expenses that are not fully covered by the Affordable Care Act. The financial burden has become overwhelming for Steve and Dawn and his family as they navigate this difficult journey.
