Stephanie is the heart and soul of the Winn-Dixie bakery. If you’ve ever walked in and been greeted with a smile, a kind word, or a beautifully made cake, chances are Stephanie was behind it. She is one of those rare people who makes everyone feel seen, welcomed, and cared for—no matter what kind of day they’re having.

Recently, Stephanie has been facing an incredibly difficult battle. She was receiving treatment for tumors in her brain, and unfortunately, that treatment was not successful. The next step in her fight is chemotherapy. As she begins this intense and necessary treatment, Stephanie will be unable to work while focusing on her health and recovery.

Chemotherapy comes with overwhelming expenses—medical bills, medications, travel to appointments, and everyday living costs—made even harder by the loss of income. No one should have to worry about how they’ll pay their bills while fighting for their life.
