Let us introduce you to our friend Soraya. Since the beginning of the occupation she has been a force of nature in the fight to keep our neighbors safe. She was out helping her neighbors every single day in Columbia Heights. Soraya embodies mutual aid- her commitment to community support is incredible. driving the streets and helping translate and returning cars and belongings to families immediately after kidnappings.

Now she needs our help.

The occupation kept her and her husband from working, and with a house, a small business, and 4 kids, they quickly used up any savings they had. So we need YOU to help her husband get back to work and to keep the lights on in the house. No one deserves this more than Soraya, who gave everything to the point she sacrificed her own health and safety. She even had ICE stalking her at her own home!
