Hello, my name is Sonia.

I have been battling with headaches for the past 5 years. I was treated for migraines, but the headaches got worse until I was sent to get a brain MRI. With that test in September, my life changed with devastating results. I have a brain tumor, which we need to start procedures to make sure it stops growing.

While battling this situation, I had two tears in my shoulder that required surgery, leaving me unable to work. To top it off, since I have been off work for more than 6 weeks, my work has stopped my health insurance until I return. That has put major stress on myself and my family with medical bills.

I have started this year with bad news after bad news. They found a tear in my elbow and major nerve damage that requires surgery, leaving me with medical bills that, unfortunately, I’m struggling to pay on time. In advance, I would love to thank you from the bottom of my heart. My family and I are extremely grateful.
