My name is Richard Golden. My beautiful daughter, Shayna, was involved in a horrific car crash the on April 6th. Shayna has multiple extensive injuries that will require much rehab and physical therapy. She is still in ICU in critical condition but fortunately she is alive. She is a fighter and will heal in time. We are told the road to recovery will take time.

Shayna is a beautiful young woman who turns 21 this month. She is kind and caring and always has a smile for everyone. Shayna has a heart of gold and is always there for others when they are in need.

Now, it is her time in need. Medical bill and co pays. Rehabilitation. Loss of income. Loss of vehicle. These are some of the things that we are having to deal with.

We are humble and heartbroken to ask for help, but we are asking for any assistance anyone can give, while my daughter is on the long road to recovery.
