Scott was known for being kind, loving, and caring toward others. He quickly became known as the guy who could melt the phones and outwork everyone. He did it with skill well beyond his tenure. He was well respected in the office. Other department leaders have contacted me personally telling me how highly he was thought of. How gracefully he floated through interactions regardless of the circumstances. First one in, last one out. That was Scott.

Scott was ALWAYS positive, genuine, and sincere. When you talked to him, he gave you all his attention. All of it. He was genuinely interested in what you had to say. And he took it in. Anyone lucky enough to interact with Scott left that interaction for the better. He was magnetic.

He loved Coyote so much, loved his coworkers, and considered many of you close friends.
