On Monday, January 12th, 2026, Scott was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in San Diego, CA where he is currently serving in the Navy. He was brought into a trauma center where a lifesaving craniectomy was performed.

He is currently in the ICU suffering from a Traumatic Brain Injury, three vertebrae fractures, a fractured collar bone, and other non-life-threatening injuries. Because he is not yet fully conscious, there are still many unknowns. What is known is he will have a long road ahead to recovery.
