Hello all, my name is Sami and I was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. As a single mom who is the sole provider for my family, this diagnosis is not only affecting my health but the finances of my family as well. I will be unable to work while receiving chemotherapy. I am asking for help covering some basic necessities while receiving treatment. This would include things such as gas to get to and from my many appointments, grocery assistance, my medical co-pays, and all the little things that will continue to add up.
