Hi. My name is Trish and I am raising funds for my granddaughter, Sadie Grace. This year, she was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome, and a mass was found on her brain stem during a routine MRI. Angelman is a lifelong condition that can have very difficult-to-treat symptoms. We haven't gotten to work on the brain stem yet; it is in a very difficult-to-reach location. Sadie's mom stays home to take care of Sadie as she needs constant supervision. Her father is a professional carpenter who gets paid hourly. When he takes time off to take care of Sadie, he doesn't get paid for it. We do not know much about what the future will bring.
