Hi all. I’m calling on our community for help.

One of our loving community members, Sadia, has been struggling to support her family. Her mother went to Pakistan to visit her home country. But what was supposed to be a fun trip turned into a nightmare when Mama Khan suffered a stroke and was found unresponsive. It’s been one month since the stroke initially occurred, between hospital visits and emergency medical care, flights to Pakistan to be with their mother, emergency surgery and trips back and forth to prepare a safe, healthy home for their mother, Sadia and her siblings have been depleting their savings. Couple this with the increased cost of living and rent, this whole situation has become untenable.

Many of you know Sadia because of her kind heart, her beautiful spirit, and her ability to show up for everyone in her community. Now it’s our turn to help. All donations will go towards the Khan family to help with medical bills, the cost of traveling back, and helping Mama Khan settle back into life as she works to regain her strength in this new normal.
