It’s incredibly hard for us to write this, but we are coming to you with open hearts during one of the most painful and challenging times in our lives.
My wife, Rose, is currently battling stage 4 lung cancer. As if that wasn’t enough, she recently underwent a major hip replacement surgery. We were hoping that would be a step toward some relief, but since then, she has been back in the hospital fighting pneumonia. These back-to-back challenges have completely turned our world upside down, and it has been an incredibly difficult road for our family.
Rose is not just my wife—she is the heart and soul of our family. She is the one who holds us together and fills our home with love, strength, and warmth. Watching her go through all of this, seeing her in pain, and feeling helpless at times has been one of the hardest things we have ever faced. Yet even through everything, she continues to show unimaginable courage and resilience every single day.
The constant hospital stays, treatments, surgeries, and recovery have taken a heavy toll on us emotionally, physically, and financially. Our main focus has been making sure Rose is as comfortable as possible and gets the care she needs, but the medical bills, medications, and time away from work are quickly becoming overwhelming.
We are also trying to prepare ourselves for anything that may come. As hard as it is to even think about, we want to make sure we have a financial cushion in place—not only to cover her ongoing medical expenses, but also in case anything serious happens. We are simply trying to stay afloat and take things one day at a time.
Asking for help is not something we do lightly. We have always tried to handle things on our own, and it’s incredibly difficult for us to reach out again. We know we’ve asked before, and that weighs heavily on us, but this journey has continued, and the need has only grown.
At this point, we are humbly asking for your support.
Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward Rose’s medical care, recovery, and helping our family manage day-to-day living during this incredibly difficult time. If you’re not able to give, we completely understand—sharing this page or keeping Rose in your thoughts and prayers means more to us than words can express.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read our story. Thank you for your kindness, your compassion, and your support. In the middle of so much uncertainty, your generosity gives us hope, strength, and the ability to keep going.
