Hello my name is Roman many of you may know me from years ago when my dad used to write about in the paper. The Roman Watch he called it. Well I’m here to give you an update. It started Tuesday January 27 that evening I got a bad fever with severe pain in my lower abdomen area. The fever got up to 102.9 I just kept taking Tylenol and some ibuprofen for the fever and pain retrospectively. Then Wednesday January 28th the fever nor pain had abated so I went to the ER in Atwood. They ran tests and did a CT of my abdomen, the CT showed I had Diverticulitis and a tear in my colon. I was then rushed by ambulance to North Platte, NE. There did an emergency surgery to fix my colon. After the surgery the found that it took way to long for me come out of anesthesia. I had problems breathing and other complications. They then ran a bunch of tests on my heart. Those tests showed I need to have a triple bypass and a valve replaced in my heart. After this information was found I was rushed by ambulance again to Lincoln, NE. Their the decided not to the heart surgery right away one cause I still had an infection in my gut. I also told them I wanted to come home and heal my body before heart surgery. I’m at the point that I may never be able to work again and need some help to pay bills as my wife’s paychecks will not cover everything.
