On July 1st, our friend and colleague, Rich Costello, suffered a devastating stroke while at work. Rich strives with Sound and Comm, always showing up for his team, supporting his coworkers, and giving his all with a smile and laugh.

Today, Rich remains hospitalized and is facing a difficult road ahead. His wife, April, and his two kids, Jessica and Jake, have been by his side every step of the way, providing love, care, and support during this incredibly challenging time.

As the sole provider for his family, Rich's medical emergency has created significant financial uncertainty. While his family focuses on his recovery and being together during this critical period, they are also facing mounting medical expenses.

Many of us have had the privilege of working alongside Rich and know him as a hardworking, dependable, and caring person who would never hesitate to help others in need. Now it's our turn to support him and his family.
