I will share pictures/videos of the baby boy’s delivery. I will update also for whoever is concerned or supporting her. Thank you.
My daughter Renee is facing every parent’s worst nightmare, and I’m reaching out because she needs help during the most vulnerable time of her life.
Three weeks ago, Renee was pulled from her job she loves due to a high-risk pregnancy. Her baby boy is not growing correctly. His belly is measuring at the 2nd percentile, and the rest of his body at the 7th percentile. Anytime from now until three weeks, depending on the test results each week, the hospital will need to induce her early. She is terrified for her baby, and as her mother, I am heartbroken watching her go through this.
Renee will not receive paid leave until after the baby is born and she completes the Family Medical Leave Act paperwork. This means she’s facing weeks without income during the most critical and stressful time imaginable.
Just a few months ago, Renee moved into her first home - a cute little house she was so proud of. Now, with winter heating costs, rent, bills, and groceries, she’s overwhelmed trying to figure out how to keep everything afloat while focusing on keeping her baby safe.
Renee is one of the most generous, kind-hearted people I know. When I had major surgery a few years ago, she took care of me both physically and financially without hesitation. She’s always thinking of others - even leaving generous tips because she knows how hard people work. She deserves that same kindness returned to her now.
To make matters even more stressful, there’s a court judgment against her co-signer that puts her vehicle at risk. Renee has faithfully paid $560 every month for over three years and has never missed a payment. To protect her transportation and secure the title in her name only, the remaining balance of $7,000 needs to be paid off - the vehicle she desperately needs for her frequent medical appointments now and to return to work after the baby arrives.
We’re asking for $10,000 to help Renee through this crisis:
∙ $3,000 to cover her essential living expenses (rent, utilities, heat, and food) while she’s unable to work
∙ $7,000 to pay off her vehicle and secure the title in her name only
Renee shouldn’t have to worry about losing her home or her car while she’s fighting to bring her baby safely into this world. Any amount helps, and if you can’t donate, please share this campaign.
Thank you for considering helping my daughter during the scariest time of her life.
