“Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.” — Jeremiah 17:14
Our family is raising funds to help support my sister Renee as she courageously fights aggressive Stage 4 Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
Renee is a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She has spent her life caring for others, including being the full-time caretaker for our 96-year-old mother. Renee is always showing up with kindness, strength, and unwavering love. For the past four decades, she has cared for elderly family members and has consistently made the wellbeing of others her top priority, often at her own expense.
Now she is facing the fight of her life.
Life changed in an instant when we heard Renee’s diagnosis. What began as a routine annual mammogram unexpectedly revealed something doctors could not ignore, leading to further tests and the devastating news of aggressive Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
Renee is currently undergoing intensive treatment including chemotherapy, infusions and targeted therapies. Alongside the physical and emotional toll, the financial burden has grown quickly. Medical bills, medications not fully covered by insurance, specialist visits, transportation to treatments, and everyday living expenses are adding up.
During this time, her focus should be on healing, not financial stress. Renee has tried to maintain a sense of normalcy by continuing to work, but her health now requires spending more time resting.
Join us in this fight so Renee can focus fully on treatment and recovery.
Your support will help cover:
• Medical treatments and specialist care
• Medications not fully covered by insurance
• Transportation and travel for appointments
• Essential home needs to make her living space safe, clean, and comfortable during treatment and recovery
• Everyday living expenses during treatment
Any amount helps and is deeply appreciated.
If you are unable to give, please keep Renee in your prayers and consider sharing this page so others who know and love her can support as well. And we welcome those who don’t know her but can relate to her journey to join us!
Thank you for standing with our family in faith, hope, and strength.
Renee’s daily declaration comes from Psalm 118:17: “I SHALL NOT DIE, BUT LIVE, AND DECLARE THE WORKS OF THE LORD.”
