This is my Uncle Ray. He was hospitalized last week with a ruptured appendix, and is being treated for the complications associated with it. After being stabilized in hospital, he was able to return home to continue the outpatient treatment and recovery process. He has a very strenuous job that requires lots of heavy lifting, and long hours on his feet, which he won’t be able to do for an undetermined length of time. In the 7 years of working with his current employer, he has not missed a single day of work until now. He is a loving, reliable, and dedicated family man, and he always does everything he can for the people around him without asking for anything in return. Now it’s our opportunity to give back to him. He will be experiencing approximately 50% reduction in income without weekly commissions as he recuperates and navigates the numerous costs associated with his medical care. We ask that you help us lift some of the financial stress of this situation so he can focus on healing.
