Hi my name is Heidi,

Ray has always been the kind of person who shows up for others without hesitation. Whether it’s lending a hand, offering a listening ear, or doing whatever he can to help someone in need, that’s just who he is. Now, Ray is the one who needs us.

Ray is currently fighting lymphoma — a battle that no one is ever truly prepared for. What started as concerning symptoms quickly turned into doctor visits, testing, and the life-changing words no family wants to hear: cancer. Since then, Ray has been facing this diagnosis with incredible strength and determination, but the road ahead is long and challenging.

Lymphoma treatment is aggressive and exhausting. Between ongoing appointments, medications, and constant monitoring, Ray’s focus needs to be on healing. Unfortunately, the financial burden that comes with cancer treatment adds an entirely different layer of stress. Medical bills are piling up, insurance doesn’t cover everything, and everyday living expenses don’t pause just because someone is fighting for their life.

Ray needs help covering:
• Medical bills and treatment costs
• Prescription medications
• Travel expenses to and from appointments
• Basic living expenses like rent/mortgage, utilities, groceries, and gas

Being unable to work consistently during treatment has made it even harder to stay ahead of these costs. The last thing Ray should have to worry about right now is how to keep the lights on or how to afford the next treatment.

If you know Ray, you know his heart. He is a fighter, and he is approaching this battle the same way — with courage and resilience. But even the strongest fighters need a team behind them.
