I'm FTM and have been saving up for top surgery. I have about $4,000 in costs remaining. This total doesn't include the income I'll lose while taking time off to recover. I'm trying to complete my gender marker change and have top surgery as soon as possible as it seems to get more difficult as time goes by with everything going on in the world right now.
