My name is Prince Folorunsho Adegoke, and today I am reaching out with humility, faith, and hope.

I have lived with Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) since birth. It is a lifelong condition that has shaped my journey, tested my strength, and taught me resilience from a very young age. Despite its challenges, I have continued to move forward with faith, courage, and determination.

Recently, however, my journey took an unexpected and devastating turn.

Following a surgery and extensive medical evaluations, I was diagnosed with Stage 3-High-Grade B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, a form of blood cancer. This diagnosis has been overwhelming—physically, emotionally, and financially. My doctors have completed detailed immunohistochemistry tests and blood work, and a comprehensive treatment plan has now been outlined.

The cost of these treatments is overwhelming and far beyond what I can manage alone, especially while already navigating the lifelong demands of Sickle Cell Disease.

This fundraiser is being organized by a close friend in the United States and my brother in the UK to help cover my medical expenses in Nigeria.

Medical reports are attached below for transparency. The core medical treatment cost is estimated at £4,000. We have set the fundraising goal at £5,000 to help cover additional essential expenses, including logistics, transportation to and from the hospital, medications, and other miscellaneous medical and care-related needs that may arise during treatment.
