Hi, my name is Pastor Ron Williams and I pastor New Vine Ministry Church, which was founded in 2010. I have been working in the field of recovery for men and women trying to recover from addiction. I am also in recovery myself and have 20 years of sobriety from drugs and alcohol. My passion over the last 20 years since I’ve been set free from being incarcerated is to become who I am today through finding God and allowing Him to become the head of my life. Since my recovery began and my release from prison, and going through the program of Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge, I now serve the men from a pastoral care position as a Chaplain. I should not be alive, but by His grace, I have survived. Now I face cancer, but I’m confident that I will be a survivor. Surgery is Monday, February 2nd, and I begin my road to recovery to become cancer-free. My work here on earth is not done. There’s no mountain high enough that I won’t climb, no valley low enough that I won’t experience, to help someone find hope.
