I started this GoFundMe to share Paige and Lucas's journey with Hudson and Oliver and the situation regarding their twins that were diagnosed with Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS).

At 19 weeks pregnant, Paige was diagnosed with TTTS, a serious condition affecting identical twins sharing a placenta. She underwent a laser procedure to correct the blood flow to the twins, specifically to assist Twin B, which was initially deemed a success.

During week 21, Paige experienced a major complication when her water prematurely ruptured (PPROM), a known, though serious, risk of TTTS laser surgery. Although she had short hospital stays and was discharged when it appeared the waters had resealed.

She returned to her high-risk OB in St. Louis on 01/20/26 for a repeat ultrasound and assessment.

Due to the recurrence of fluid leakage, Paige has been readmitted to the hospital and will remain there until the babies are delivered.

The upcoming, unavoidable NICU journey for the twins, combined with the loss of Paige's income, travel costs, and daily expenses, has created a significant financial burden for the family. The GoFundMe is designed to allow Paige and Lucas to focus on the health of Paige and their babies, Hudson and Oliver, rather than financial stress.
