For those who have worked at Houston Medical Imaging, he is the dedicated MRI technologist whose warm presence has comforted countless patients. He has worked diligently alongside Dr. Stenoien and the wonderful staff, not only operating MRI scanners but also providing reassurance and care during vulnerable moments. Osman is a pillar of his professional family, embodying the quiet strength that is the backbone of healthcare.

Now, this man who has dedicated his life to healing others needs our healing support.

Osman's journey with cancer began five years ago, when he was first diagnosed with non-small lung cancer. With the same courage and determination he showed in his work, he faced his treatment head-on. Supported by his loving family and the relief of being in remission, he returned to his passion for providing for his family and serving his community through his skilled work as an MRI technologist.

Recently, our hearts were broken when Osman received the most challenging news. His cancer has returned, this time as metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The fight must begin again, but it will be harder and longer. His treatment plan now includes rounds of chemotherapy and radiation therapy treatments that will take a tremendous toll on his body and ability to work.

This is where our community can make a difference.

The treatments that will give Osman a chance at recovery will also prevent him from doing the job he loves and relies on. During this critical period, his income will be impacted, adding a financial strain to the already overwhelming emotional and physical burden on Osman and his family.

We are rallying around Osman to ensure that his sole focus can be fighting and healing, all while being with his family, not mounting medical bills and household expenses.
