Help My Brother and Best Friend, Noah

Hi, my name is Cass, and I’m raising funds for my brother — and one of my best friends — Noah Combs.

Noah has spent much of his life battling serious health issues, and this past month has been especially hard. He has a rare autoimmune disorder called Common Variable Immunodeficiency (CVID), which means his immune system doesn’t work the way it should. His body can’t produce enough antibodies to fight off infections, and as a result, he has faced frequent illnesses, complications, and far too many hospital stays over the years.

Over the last month alone, Noah has been in and out of the hospital, focusing on simply getting through each day and trying to heal. Watching someone you love go through this — especially someone who has already endured so much — is incredibly hard. Noah is strong, resilient, and kind, but even the strongest people need help sometimes.

Because of his hospitalizations and inability to work consistently, Noah is now struggling to cover about $2,000 in basic living expenses, including rent, car insurance, health insurance, and utilities. These are things he depends on just to stay afloat, and the stress of possibly falling behind has been overwhelming on top of his health challenges.

Noah requires ongoing medical care and immunoglobulin replacement therapy to manage CVID — treatment that helps keep him alive and functioning but comes with significant financial strain. This fundraiser is meant to lift some of that burden so he can focus on recovery without the constant fear of losing his home, transportation, or insurance.
