Hi family, as some of you know, my baby girl was born with congenital hydronephrosis. After a lot of testing and procedures, they have now discovered that she only has her right kidney and it’s not functioning properly, she has 10-15 percent kidney function remaining. They are now considering a kidney transplant and dialysis. As a result, I haven’t been able to work for the past two months
