We are raising funds for our beloved Mike, who has been diagnosed with an aggressive and rare bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma). This diagnosis has turned his and his family’s world upside down.

Mike is a devoted father, partner, and friend, known for his kindness, strength, and willingness to always show up for others. Unfortunately, his cancer has progressed rapidly, and the treatments required are intense and ongoing. Because of this, Mike is currently unable to work and provide for his family while he focuses on fighting this disease. His goal is to return to the full life he deeply misses: his career in HVAC, his family and friends, but mostly watching his beloved Chicago Bears and Cubs!

The medical expenses alone are overwhelming. Between hospital stays, specialist visits, chemotherapy, medications, travel for treatment, and everyday living costs, the financial burden has quickly become more than his family can manage. Despite insurance, many treatments and related expenses are not fully covered.

We are asking for any help so Mike can focus on what truly matters right now: his health, his treatment, and precious time with his family—without the constant fear of unpaid bills or lost income.
