Hello, everyone — I find myself needing to reach out for some assistance again. I have been on an extended leave from work since early April. I went back for two days, but collapsed while at work and was sent home early. My leave was sent into a relapsed case, and the paperwork has not been processed in a timely manner. So I have not been paid in 4 weeks.

The lightheadedness, chest pain, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, brain fog, dizziness, and almost hitting, or hitting, the ground have all continued. Many of those symptoms were once thought to be from my A-Fib, which is now under control thanks to surgery in early June. Now, these symptoms are thought to be caused by P.O.T.S. disease, which I’m having a tilt table test for diagnosis on September 25th (I can’t catch a break around my birthday). I’m on a wait list for a sooner test, as I really want to be back at work if possible.

All that being said, I need some help financially, mentally, and spiritually. I’m looking to cover medical insurance costs, an increase in my housing costs, basic household and utility needs, and transportation costs to weekly treatments in Nashville. I hate being here again, but my community has been of such great support and understanding. Please know asking is never easy.
