I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease, which is making it very hard to do pretty much anything. I've had type 1 diabetes since I was 21. Juvenile late onset. Add congestive heart failure to the mix and 4 toes being amputated because I burned them on a coal stove while I was sleeping. 2 1/2 years and I still have an open wound on my left foot. I'm a mess. But I've got my best friend Xena, my service animal, right by my side helping me keep a going. Here's the kicker. we are living in my truck with the heat coming this summer. The donations would help me obtain a place to live and keep my insulin refrigerated. The homeless shelter is closed. I fear for me and my best friends lives due to extreme heat exposure. Donations would explistly be for me and my service animal to survive, and keep life saving medications refrigerated, please help if you can. Disability has been a LONG uphill battle and still no results. So I'm asking... even sharing this with others, it really does help, and would be appreciated more than you could imagine. God Bless.
