Hi, my name is Marty Plappert, and I never imagined I would be writing something like this.

I was recently involved in a horrible car accident that left me hospitalized and fighting to recover. While I was in the hospital, dealing with the physical pain and emotional shock of the accident, I received devastating news — my home was robbed. Nearly everything I own was taken.

In a matter of days, I lost my health, my sense of safety, and the possessions I worked hard my entire life to build. The timing made this situation even more heartbreaking, as I was completely unable to protect my home or do anything to stop it.

I am now facing medical bills, recovery expenses, and the overwhelming task of starting over with almost nothing. Basic necessities like household items, and personal belongings all need to be replaced, on top of continuing medical care.
