Maria Heaven - a loving and devoted mother of two and now a widow. She never imagined her life would unravel in a matter of weeks! She lost her job and today, the unimaginable happened - her husband passed away.

Maria doesn’t have the words to explain the loss yet; she barely understands herself.

In the days that will follow, grief will consume everything. But she has two little souls (13 and 10 years old) who are depending on her to hold everything together.

In the past several years, Maria has been an active contributor to local professional communities, helping women find jobs, sharing her expertise and knowledge, coaching and training, and now it’s our turn to be there for her.

Any support, no matter how small, can help ease the burden of the months that will follow, will provide her with financial support and most importantly - hope. Hope that somehow, someday, things will be okay again.
