Hi, my name is Maggie, and I’m 35 years old currently fighting a rare cancer called embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma.
In 2022, I went through a full hysterectomy after my diagnosis, and I thought I was moving forward. But now, in 2026, I’ve received devastating news — there is a 10 cm mass in my right abdomen, and doctors are concerned it may be attached to my intestines.
I now have to undergo surgery to remove the mass, and they may need to make a large incision and/or cut some of my intestines out depending on what they find. Shortly after surgery, I will also need to begin chemotherapy.
This has all happened so fast, and I am currently unable to work. I’m facing not only the physical and emotional weight of cancer again, but also the financial stress of trying to survive day-to-day.
Right now, I am struggling to cover:
• Rent and monthly bills
• Food and basic necessities
• Gas and transportation for appointments
• Recovery time after surgery and chemo
I never imagined I would be in this position, asking for help just to get through this.
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, it would truly help me stay afloat during this fight. And if you can’t donate, sharing this means just as much to me.
I am doing everything I can to stay strong and keep fighting — I just need help getting through this.
Thank you for reading, supporting, and standing with me during one of the hardest times of my life.
