Hi, my name is Lorenzo, and I’m reaching out for help during a challenging chapter of my life.
Over the past year and a half, I’ve faced several major losses while trying to rebuild. I moved to North Carolina to start fresh, but less than a year later my best friend was murdered. Shortly before that, my brother-in-law passed away by suicide on my birthday. These events deeply impacted my life and my support system.
Since then, I’ve struggled with severe depression that has crushed me internally at times, while also trying to keep moving forward. I’ve taken caregiving jobs where I can, but finding consistent work has been difficult, and I’m currently struggling to keep up with basic living expenses. Even so, I’m actively searching for steady caregiving work and committed to getting back on stable ground.
