My boyfriend Lorenzo has recently been dealing with a serious health issue, and our world has been turned upside down. What started as a check up quickly became something much more concerning. Doctors discovered a large mass on his kidney, and he is now scheduled for surgery at Stanford on May 5th.

As you can imagine, this has been overwhelming—emotionally and financially. While we are staying hopeful and strong, the reality is that medical bills, time off work, travel expenses, and daily living costs are starting to add up quickly.

He is not only facing a major surgery, but also trying to stay strong for our family during this difficult time. If you know him, you know he has a kind heart and would give the shirt off his back to help anyone else.
