To those who may not know, my mom, Lisa Bayliss, was recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and is currently at Johns Hopkins receiving treatment. She will be hospitalized for at least the next 4 weeks.

As you can imagine, our lives changed overnight. Nothing prepares you for a moment like this.

If you know my mom, you know she is one of the strongest people out there. She has the mindset of a fighter and the kind of heart that puts everyone else before herself. She has always been the one to show up for others—now it’s our turn to show up for her.

During this time, we are asking for any support—whether that’s prayers, sharing this post, or contributing to help with medical expenses and daily needs while she focuses on healing.

We’ve created an Amazon wishlist with items to help keep her comfortable during her hospital stay, as well as ways to support our family during this time.
