“Leo has been in the ICU since Sunday, and word is spreading quickly that our beloved friend is incapacitated and fighting for his well-being. He was recently diagnosed with a sub cranial hematoma and underwent surgery on Tuesday, where a part of his skull was removed to relieve pressure.

Leo’s journey is far from over, and the road ahead will be challenging. As a member of the service industry and modern day work force, much alike others he does not have health insurance, and the costs of his care are mounting quickly. In these uncertain times, we cannot count on federal support, so we are turning to the Tucson family and community that Leo has always been a part of. Every dollar raised will go directly toward his medical bills, recovery costs, and supporting him as he fights to heal.
