Update on Larry: Larry went into a Hospice facility last night. He was to the point where the nurses coming to our house suggested that he should go. He is getting great care and he has nurses giving him medical attention 24 hours a day. Larry and I would like to thank everyone for your generous donations, we appreciate it very much. Hi, I am Larry Olson's wife Cindy. Our family is facing something we never imagined. One month after retiring Larry was diagnosed with a Genetic Glioblastoma (the most aggressive and deadliest type of primary brain tumor). He under went a 8 hour surgery to remove a tennis ball sized tumor. He went through Chemo and Radiation treatments for 6 weeks and completed both and he felt good and we thought he was doing fine. In December 2024, he had a seizure and he never recovered from it. Larry has been bedridden at home for 11 months. Larry's health is declining and I can no longer care for him by myself. Since he is bedridden he has developed severe wounds on his back and shoulders and needs extensive care. As you can imagine, this has turned life upside down for our family. The financial strain is becoming overwhelming.
