I'm not sure if a lot of you know me, I am Lane's fiance Megan. I’m writing this even though he didn't want to have a gofundme to help support Lane during a really difficult and painful time.

Phil Nylin has passed away, and Lane is now facing everything that comes with that loss. Phil died due to alcoholism. He struggled for a long time, and that struggle affected the people around him. This isn’t about minimizing the harm that was done or pretending things were different than they were. It is about the fact that Lane lost his dad and is now dealing with memorial costs, remaining debts, and financial stress while trying to grieve.

Lane is Phil’s only son, and this fundraiser is specifically to help him through what comes next. The funds raised will go toward memorial expenses, unpaid debts left behind, and helping Lane stay financially stable during an overwhelming time.

Addiction leaves complicated situations behind, and the people who remain are often the ones left to pick up the pieces. If you’re able to help in any way, it would mean a lot to Lane. If donating isn’t possible, sharing this or keeping him in your thoughts is also deeply appreciated.
