For over TWENTY years, Kenny has been the smiling, joyful face at the doors of the Manitowoc Walmart. Everyone who shops there knows his energy—he made it a point to brighten every single person’s day as they walked in and out of the store.
Recently, Kenny was unexpectedly fired for something completely beyond his control. Customers loved him so much that they frequently initiated hugs to show their appreciation. Kenny did nothing wrong or inappropriate, yet he was let go simply because of the affection shown to him by the community he served so faithfully.
As a devoted family man with a disability, losing his job puts an immediate burden on his household. We are raising funds to help Kenny and his family cover essentials like groceries, utilities, and daily living expenses while he is out of work. The hope is that management does the right thing and reinstates him soon, but until then, we want to ensure his family is taken care of.
How You Can Help:
Donate: Any amount helps cover immediate household bills and groceries.
Share: Pass this page along to anyone in the community who knows and loves Kenny.
Speak Up: Respectfully contact store management to ask for his reinstatement.
