Kenadee was diagnosed with cancer, Wilms Tumor, when she was just three years old. Last summer, she celebrated being five years cancer-free!! Sadly, only a month later, she was diagnosed with a new cancer called ciliary body medulloepithelioma, which is currently located behind her eye. This new cancer is due to having the Dicer-1 gene. Kenadee has endured five chemotherapy treatments over the last few months that involved her being sedated for ten hours each time. Unfortunately, these have been unsuccessful, and the tumor has now grown. Kenadee will now have to begin DAILY radiation treatments for at least 4-5 weeks at Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has had pain and hardships no child should ever have to endure, all while remaining a sweet, gentle, brave little nine-year-old girl. Kenadee loves Jesus, Lilo & Stitch, art, animals, and her family and friends. Any donation, no matter the size, will help make Kenadee and her family’s life a little easier.
