In July 2024, Jorge’s life changed in a way none of us could have prepared for. He was diagnosed with cancer, followed by serious complications that have made this journey more complex than expected.

Jorge is someone who leads with heart and faith. He meets challenges with quiet strength, reflection, and a deep spiritual grounding—even on the hardest days. This season has tested him physically, emotionally, and financially, but it has not taken away his spirit.

Due to his condition and ongoing treatment, Jorge’s income has changed drastcially. He is currently relying on long-term disability and Social Security income, which helps—but does not fully cover the growing costs that come with cancer care.
